Chapmans carried out a gearbox service on my A4. 1 year later I went to Audi Leicester for a gearbox service as Audi Leicester had an offer on (200) only to be sent a video by them of an oil drenched gearbox housing. It turns out, oil had leaked out of the overflow as there was a litre too much oil in the gearbox from the previous service at Chapmans.. Not ideal. On another occasion I had my brakes replaced all round. I had a terrible squeal under braking and returned the car twice. I was told the front pads had been replaced both times and they couldnt help me any further. 2 years later at another garage I was told one of the nearside rear inner pads had been binding and had worn down to the metal whilst the other 3 pads at the back were fine, hence the squealing! Why did Chapmans not figure this out? Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chapmans audi fitted my gearbox to my Audi A6 to a very high standard and at half the price of Audi Leicester. Absolute top service from start to finish at a very good price, really helpful and polite staff and to top that my cars running like a dream.
