After a cupboard fell off the wall 30secs earlier would have hit my girlfriend and my 3 month old baby, and still 2 years down the line waiting for it to be put back up. I've been with a dishwasher for over a year. And now 2months without a washing machine. Century are appalling please stay clear. Once they have your money they do naff all, almost a year and guess what still waiting for the dish washer to be fixed and the cupboard to be put back up. century estates really our a cowboy outfit. Please please please stay clear.

Dreadful estate agents and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere if you are renting a property in Leicester. The cleaning before we moved in was substandard - the property's plumbing system was blocked and the carpet was sticky. We paid 40 for the carpet to be professionally cleaned [image enclosed below]. We had no access to bins and Century took six months to resolve the issue. The building has a faulty fire alarm system, and despite raising this issue repeatedly, the problem was never addressed by Century. The oven did not work and Century took over a few weeks to address the issue. Although we left the property in a significantly better condition than it was given to us, it was deemed to require a professional clean and Century took 40 from our deposit. The deposit is required to be returned within 10 days. Nevertheless, 15 days after moving out, I rang Century to enquire about its whereabouts and they had seemingly lost the bank details. Century persistently neglected to uphold basic living requirements. If you rent from them, take a picture of everything in the property as they will attempt to take 40 from you for a professional clean at the end of your tenancy.
