Worst clinic ever ever i make a blood test and sens 3 months i cant make a appointment to see what is happening to me health..i call every day to clinic and every day tell me to call next week,and next week like the same ....no have 1 minutes to tell me what's happening to me i lose half on me weight i doesn't care please be aware

I have nothing but praise for Horizon Healthcare. They are incredibly supportive and have never let me down. The GPs are always very pleasant and helpful. Always listened and try their best to support. Horizon have been like Guardian Angels through my son's illness, going above and beyond to get the right support in a timely manner. One of the GPs actually rang the A&E to question their lack of support for my child, after multiple attempts of trying to get him checked. If it wasn't for Horizon, my son wouldn't have been diagnosed correctly and provided the support that he needed. Thanks for your work and support.

Long waiting time.. no respect

Your told to ring 8am, only to learn that there's more than 20 people in the qu. You finally get through and the receptionist Andy puts the phone down. Iv rang exactly 2 seconds after 8 and was told 7th in the qu. What happens conisedent, the phone gets cut off informing there server can't be reached. Ring bk and there's more than 20 people in the qu. Wish I followed the previous doctor to his new surgery
