I was so impressed with the service provided by Natural Elements. Alex quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me with exercises and instructions of how to move forward. The exercise app is amazing, enabling me to complete each exercise correctly. Alex also answered questions I had after my appointment promptly, even though she was on holiday. In all the years I have been seeing a physio, never have I received this level of service, or been contacted to see how I am doing following my appointment. I would recommend Natural Elements to everyone who needs to see a physio.

Great experience, Annie rea is a great listener and puts you at ease to discuss your needs. Feel like I got a good check over of my bad back symptoms with useful advice and exercises to work on. Very positive experience.

Great website. Very easy to book and submit necessary medical information. Therapist was very thorough, kind and professional. Easy to understand instructions with straightforward advice. Exercises were sent on line, very quickly with both video and pictorial directions. After one visit I feel reassured that as long as I do the exercises my pain can be better managed
