I wish there was a lower number of stars I could give
Awful customer service - aggressive and threatening and threatened to take the engine back
All staff are extremely rude and try to play mind games
Anything promised by the staff will not be kept to
Ordered item and and it came extremely late despite being marked as dispatched - paid a lot for delivery which was delivered by themselves and not a courier as listed
They rarely pick up the phone and when they do, they make false promises
Product has also had many many issues with it and wouldnt be surprised if they lied about the specific details about it
