        Wow never been to store where was happy to answer like 500 questions I had, to go ask wife on phone to then ask a different question, no PRESSURE at all in purchasing just so happy to help! Beth thank you seriously your customer service skills are amazing! Made my large purchase on expensive item that little bit more easy! Phenomenal member of staff!

        1st May 2023 My daughter and I was shopping in Leicester Smyths which is miles away from Grantham to buy a bike not knowing they come in a box and you have to build them or the shop can do this very cheap for 10 but we would have to return. We were gutted we couldn't walk away with a bike today but Glynn a retail expert on the shop floor could see how disappointed we were and said he would have a word with his manager Brett and promised if we purchased the one of the shop floor he would replace it by building one the following day. They both agreed and made a very happy girl and when we got home we went for a bike ride and again today. I would like to say they were both very helpful and polite. I am pleased to say I thought customer service like this had gone but Smtyhs obviously still believe in helping the customer. I would like to say we did go to another bike shop who gave us no advice apart from he shouted over the counter if your looking for a bike and want it today don't bother it takes weeks to get it and were behind in building them so we left. So your looking for a bike try Smthys it was cheaper and had more teenage choice. Thank you Glynn & Brett
