Boots Opticians

Popped into Boots Opticians Beaumont Leys today to see if they could repair my broken glasses. I'd broken off one of the plastic nose clips. They replaced both of them whilst I did a bit of shopping, and when I collected them, the lovely ladies told me there's no charge for this service, It was free of charge. Fantastic service from a very professional team, and this is why I will only use Boots Opticians and no one else. Thanks again girls.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I took my disabled, 83 year old uncle here for a 9am appointment. For various, totally unavoidable issues we turned up 11 minutes late. I tried calling twice on the way to explain we would be slightly late but nobody answered until 3rd attempt at 9:09am. At this stage we were only 2 minutes away. Turned up at 9:11am and we were the only customers in the branch. The staff said that we were over the acceptable 10 minute late window and refused mu uncle any treatment / consultation. I have been a customer of Boots Opticians for 30 years and I have now cancelled my account with them. I am completely and utterly astounded at the lack of compassion all three members of staff have shown toward an elderly and disabled gentleman. If I could rate zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Should have gone to Specsavers

Will not be using boots opticians twice in two days I been messed about by them and they wanted to charge me 25 for a 6 year old eye test so I said no chance so I nip in spec savers and ask them an they said because he's only 6 years old he should not be charge for his eye test and they disgusted that boots would charge 25

Dont fall into their contact lenses free trial scan. Turns out they are scamming you to come to the shop and once you get there you still have to pay.
