Home Instead ensure their clients welfare and provision of 'real' care by meeting clients, their families or their representatives to create an individual care plan ensuring that the needs and preferences of each client are met. The plan is reviewed regularly ensuring that changing needs or desires of the client are met. Ample time is allocated to CAREGivers ensuring that visits are not rushed and that care of the highest standard can be provided. Home Instead try as far as possible to limit the number of different CAREGivers visiting a client so that clients and CAREGivers can build a relationship of mutual trust and respect helping clients to feel as comfortable as possible and CAREGivers can notice any changes in the clients health or wellbeing easily. Clients and families can request permission to the online portal allowing access to real time information noted by CAREGivers following each visit. Having worked for other care providers I can honestly say that there is no comparison; Home Instead have the care and wellbeing of each client at the forefront of everything they do with the focus on individualised personal care/companionship.

Home Instead is a great place to work! It feels like a big family with everyone's best interest at heart. Staff are valued and clients get the right care to suit their needs. I would highly recommend anyone to join this team
