I dealt with them recently through Churchill insurance company. They are pathetic they should have picked up their rental car from my address yesterday and they still haven't been able to pick it up a day later. The guy on the phone says that they on their way to my place and it's been like this for the last 45 minutes. It looks like he's lying because he's about to finish work. No notification. The company is a joke.

Absolutely shocking service! I booked for a rental online weeks ago. The booking was confirmed, I received a reference number AND the funds were withdrawn from my account. On the day of the start of the rental, I rang the company on my way there to confirm they had the vehicle, and they stated that there is no booking! After a bit of explaining, the booking form was found, but the car in question was not available. I agreed for a different car. I arrived at the shop with all my paperwork - which wasn't accepted for reasons I've never come across before, and at 5.30pm, I left the location with no vehicle and a refund receipt. I then had to ring around other places for a rental. Thank goodness Green Motion came to the rescue with a beautiful vehicle!

Called in to Thrifty on Thursday afternoon. I thought there was no-one in reception, and called out "Hello" a few times. No answer. Stood waiting and after a few minutes a make youth then came out from behind the screen, saw me, ignored me and then walked out through the rear office door without acknowledging me. He then proceeded to walk put through the main vehicle door into the parking area behind and in front of reception. Then he came back, ignored me again, and sat down behind his screen wall again. What a waste of my time this company is... I will never go back to them. One star is one star too many... They deserve to fail on customer service alone. Pathetic.
