Absolutely ridiculous. Can't even issue a refund. Has taken 5 months and even a mac I bought for my partner is literally so old we can't download any thing. Poor service. I should use my social media to let people know of this.

Bought an iMac of this company via wowcher. Absolutely terrible. It doesnt download apps, cant set up my email, literally can only use the safari page which isnt the reason I got the Mac. I wanted to be able to use the apps etc to mirror my phone. Bought it to a computer repair shop to be told the Macs too old to download apps or anything. They could have mentioned this in description instead of scamming their buyers. Wouldnt advice buying a Mac of this company unless your not interested in using apps.

Really I find it insane to see people leaving scathing reviews when I have had nothing but a five star service from this company! Sometimes issues are outside a small businesses control and yet the keyboard warriors come out in force and try to ruin a legitimate business. So unfair. Anyway, on to my review: I bought a MacBook from these folks and Im thrilled with the item I received. Its clean, it works great, and I got it at a great price. Had a couple of queries in the process and the customer service team were quick and efficient in their replying. Seriously Im a happy individual and have no hesitation to recommend.

I bought an iPad mini from iRedo and I am amazed with the quick and fast service. My new iPad looks as good as new and was delivered in just 2 days.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they are a scam, selling products at a good but not unreasonable price, but they have a phone that they never pick up, and blatantly lied saying they had refunded me when they hadnt sent me anything, even sending fake generic screenshots, they know what they are doing and they have a method to try and convince you they are legit, they are not, GIVE THEM NOTHING
