I am the Finance & Operations Director of Welland Park Academy. We have been very successful in obtaining funding through a Government Fund called Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) William Freer were the best price on the Tender and have so far done both Phase 1 & Phase 2 at our site. The staff we have on site are very professional, they work around staff and students brilliantly and they regularly communicate changes, future plans and were they plan to go next - 2-3 weeks in front. At times we have been blessed with most of the Freers staff on site. The most regular have been Callum, Ant, Luke, Kyle, Logan, Luke C, Kyle & Gavin.... there are many more, all are really professional and helpful. Can't recommend them enough, has been a pleasure to have such a great contractor on site. They collectively have high standards and great work ethic. Took 8.5hrs and 3 technicians to fix a gas leak, then wanted 1.6k for fitting 3 meters of gas pipe into my 10 years old gas hob, and tried to charge another 1.3k for fixing another leak found after fitting the pipe. You've been warned.
