I've been trying to get these to install a boiler after 3 failed attempts all I get is unfortunately its not in our policy. My partner works for NHS and with covid and current demands on NHS staff wasted days of work waiting for effective home to turn up and do nothing is becoming a regular thing. Really poor communication and really un organised. We really had a very positive experience, from start 10/10/22 to finish 17/01/23. We start our journey with Sam, then Niall took over, and he went that extra mile to make sure our system is installed asap. Niall answered to all my 1000s emails with ???, about every aspect of the solar system, actually, he was off over the Christmas period and still, worked and arranged to have the birds protection added to the installation. THANK YOU. Then we had Antonio, Andy and Dan, the installers, they did a brilliant job, neat and tidy, Antonio stayed late to make sure the system was commissioned that day and explained everything about it. I am still getting in touch with him now when I have questions. Brilliant AA Team, they really deserve to be praised. THANK YOU. Then we had Laura from the office, dealing with payments and paperwork, she was very kind and professional, she organised the rubbish and scaffolding removal and she actually took 200 off from the final bill as we had 4 roof tiles cracked by the scaffolders. THANK YOU. Off course we had the scaffolders, regardless 4 tiles broken, those people are hardworking operatives. THANK YOU. We do recommend Effective Home to anyone as we received a very professional experience.

Excellent from start to finish. I contacted the company via click bait about the government ECO scheme on Facebook expecting nothing. Within a few days a survey of my existing heating system was undertaken by Wayne (1st October). 2 weeks later an installation date for 23rd October was made. On 23rd Gavin & Ed arrived at 8 a.m. and spent till around 4 p.m fitting and commissioning the boiler and controls, and replacing some radiator thermostats. I was very impressed that they covered all my carpets, from the front door to the 1st floor room where the boiler is sited, with self adhesive floor covering. They had to ask for scaffolding to affix the flue, which had not been mentioned in the initial survey as being necessary. This did arrive a little late, but Ed quickly affixed and mortared the flue in place. The installation of the boiler itself is very tidy indeed, I'd affix a photo but can't. The house was left clean and tidy at the conclusion of the work, and rubbish generated by the work was removed on 27th as promised. Also today I received installation paperwork and guarantees from the company. I almost forgot to say; the heating and hot water works perfectly. I've had a few conversations with various people from Effective Heating over the past 4 weeks, and all have been respectful and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this company
