        Booked in for service last week for a day I could turn up and for them to start job straight away. Guy gave me such day . I turn up on time and ask if will be started straight away as needed vehicle for work. Was told yes but it will take 2 hours. I'd planned for this so took my seat in the waiting area. About a hour and 15 minutes later I needed the toilet and when I went my vehicle hadn't even moved. I gathered my things asked for my keys and left never to return. It might be cheap here but the service is absolutely shocking. I've now booked in with a professional company who gave me a time slot to choose from. 20 quid more expensive but no wasted time spent. Time is money and its something Formula one should appreciate in this over inflated regime we're now living in. If I ain't working I ain't getting paid.

        My husband took our car in this week because it had a knocking sound on the driver's side. And when my husband picked the car up they charged him 200. And on the way home he could still hear the knocking sound. Done the left side instead. They are rip-off.
