Jubilee Medical Practice

Used to be a fantastic practice - holistic and caring. Sadly, all that has changed with the best doctors leaving and morale among the remaining staff plummeting. Wouldn't be surprised if it ended up in special measures.

Absolute joke! Always 30th in the queue, then can only see a nurse practioner, unable to sign off a prescription, so what use is she? Sent a prescription to boots though - they never received it! I've moved to county practice, promised a callback within 30mins, received it in 30secs. Went down 15min later & was dealt with immediately, by a doctor!, not a dummy!

I'd give no stars, can't get through on the phone. In a queue of over 30, all day!! Can't make an appointment, released at 8am they tell you, try getting through. Don't get me started on the online system, complete and utter rubbish. And you can't keep blaming covid. This place has gone down the pan since Green left and Roper retired.

All I want is my meds , I filled in a note like they said explaining the meds I need, I heard nothing, now Ive been without meds for 6 days now, I tried calling but it said they were busy, so I went to the surgery I spoke to the receptionist they said they had ordered my meds, still no meds so now Ive wrote a letter, third time lucky

Kurt is the only receptionist there who understands the idea that I am not phoning up purely to inconvenience their day.
