I call so many time for appointments but no body answer the phone call . Unfortunately they received phone call but not given me appointments. Every time they give me one answer call in the morning 8 clock this not sense if they cant give appointments so why registers the people

Unprofessional, rude, no people skills. How many times can a surgry get a repeat prescription wrong. I asked for the managers email, they gave me a generic email. I give up

Very poor service been waiting since 10am for gp to write a prescription cause I'm in agony. Rang 4 times still not done now told to call back 8am tomorrow or call 911. So unprofessional and very very disappointed

This practice needs to be reported to CQC , they need to look into their reception staff as they do not answer their calls , i have been ringing this place while standing on reception desk and the reception staff ignored calls while scrolling on her phone !
