        Brought a box of wine glasses for 22 and took the price sticker off to wrap for a present and there is a price 18 on the box not a sticker it was printed on the box. Now I have to gift it with the price 18 On and was scammed to pay 22

        Great shop. I mainly use it for click and collect, which at busy times is slow but understandably so. Has a good range of clothes and staff are pleasant.

        I went to pick up a click and collect and asked at the till if it was ready. I was told the order had arrived in store but had not been scanned in. The assistant did not offer to find the parcel to scan it in. I found this very bad customer service as i work in retail myself and if faced with this situation i would go and find the parcel and scan it in or get a colleague to do it.
