The female asian receptionist is really rude and doesnt listen to what you ask, i told her I had back pain and she insisted on giving me a physiotherapy appointment when I told her that I wanted to see Dr Roy so that he could refer me to A&E so that I didnt have to go through 111, Dr Roy is a pretty good doctor, however I think he is getting pulled in all different directions and doesnt know what to do, and I feel sorry for him however as owner of the GP surgery, he should know what to do. Dr Merva, who I believe is a recent addition to the GP I absolutely cannot stand, she was so rude to me I was in shock. The minute we sat down she told me we have 15 minutes so whats your problem? Ive never been told that in my life, I didnt even know how to start not to mention she wasted some of my appointment time looking for the name of a medication. Lastly, when I tried to speak to her about something she refused and said that ng appointment time was over and that if i need to speak more to make another appointment. I am seriously considering leaving this GP practice and going to another one.
