Baby gaga. Is legitimately one of the best baby shops around and for the money you spend in these big retailers you can't get It from them for a fraction of the price

Absolutely great independent shop. There's an amazing range at amazing prices and excellent service also. My partner and I were able to get a Bounceroo, Baby Carrier, Play Mat and some clothes for under 80 and all were big brands and in great condition. We will be shopping there again.

Visited Baby Gaga today after feeling disappointed with another baby shop, and I was so glad we did! Lovely range of prams at great prices - most with the accessories included. Advice without being pushy from the lady in the shop and we picked a great pram/pushchair combo from the ones that fitted what I needed. Couldn't believe they weren't new, as the condition of them is excellent. We've already decided we'll be back once baby is here for toys and clothes.

Great quality clothes for a very good price. Me and my husband have agreed to pretty much get majority of our baby clothes from here, I really don't see why anybody wouldn't do the same. Great customer service too x

I have brought a couple of things from Babygaga before and never had a problem, the clothes were in good condition and the prices were great however I would now not recommend after my last visit to the store. I had seen a couple of trainers for my little boy on their Facebook page the night before and travelled to the shop as soon as it opened the next day to see if they were still available. When I got to the shop I asked one of the women and they said someone had brought them over the phone (why have things in store and different things on the website if they are allowing to buy over the phone?), I carried on having a look around the shop and then picked up an outfit which I was just about to buy, I had been carrying it around the shop for a while when another customer comes in, the worker then comes over to the clothes to have a look for the same outfit I had picked up. I ask them if this is the outfit they were looking for and she takes it of me to ask and say that they were saving it for the other customer so we couldn't have it. All they seem to do is save stuff for everyone, so don't expect things to be in the shop that you want. Didn't buy anything in the end! Such a shame about their customer service.
