I have moved around a lot, dealt with many agency's in the last 15 years up and down the country and honestly I do not understand a lot of these low ratings. They have been professional ,most fault reports are addressed in a reasonable time and they are not constantly hassling tenants. The only negative feedback I could have is sometimes information get's lost in transition so has to be relayed again but considering the issues I've had with most agency's, this is a minor issue comparatively.

Recently rented a property with Sky Blue Homes and the process was efficient and hassle free from start to finish. My application was dealt with quickly and all staff were thorough and polite and addressed all of my questions in a professional manner. Highly recommend them.

Just be careful who you rent from .check the property out first properly especially if the landlord has put the deposit in the deposit scheme. Mine didn't and then past the property over to sky blue homes but they didn't even try to help me get my deposit back I'm out a lot of money

When I moved in the house was filthy and there was a lot of debris, old furniture and building supplies left in the flat. They clearly hadnt checked or cleaned it before giving me the key. I called every day for weeks trying to sort a long list of issues. I have had a leaking roof since I moved in 6months. I am sure quite a lot of the issues stem from the landlord but they are so slow to get anything done and dont update you unless you chase and chase!

the worst company I ever seen, they left me,my wife and my 2 small daughter without heating and cold water during the winter for over a week and when we called them to see what's the situation for the breakdown boiler they say don't worry we dealing with it and keep sending unprofessional people who don't know how to do the job until after approximately 10 days I got to the office to push them doing something but they called me rude but it wasn't rude for them to leave children and family without heating and hot water. never again

never again
