Horrendous customer service, unacceptable quality of items. Never again.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Waited weeks and weeks for our dining table with excuse upon excuse for not receiving the product. Finally after having a response, we were told our dining table would be delivered this week on a Wednesday. I had booked this day off from work to be home, was told to wait from 10-5pm as they were not sure what time specifically. I still have no dining table or any apology, but quick enough to take your money. Disgusting service. Had to put 1 star as we couldn't put 0!!

Terrible service and 1 week delay on mattress which meant I had to source another mattress in the end, did not care about the fact I had no mattress to sleep on and did not offer any loan mattress on the day, something I knew nothing about until I visited the store days later, worst experience I've had with the company and would not recommend buying from them as they lie to you quite frequently and condescending when you get annoyed. No date for delivery given which doesn't help with planning receipt of the item, they do not consider your availability and expect you to just be there, and then had the audacity to change it from 2-3 days delivery to Friday delivery, I was given confirmation of a call to be on Monday which never happened. Will not be purchasing from there again. Yes the base Communication very poor, as not told that mattress would not arrive with the bed base, hence my annoyance with the company for their failure to provide customers care, had they been open and honest and communicated to their customer this would not have been an issue.
