Had a wonderful treatment today by Charlotte. She went through the treatment in great detail. The service was smooth and professional, will definitely be going back. :)

I had a treatment from them. It was painful and the downtime was longer then indicated. I had the plasma non surgical belheroplasty treatment. I had no benefit it has just made the upper eye lid overhang slightly more and that is definitely not what I wanted. They recommended some high-frequency treatment but I am not going to follow their advice when the treatment made me worse not better. Be aware that the posters of before and after have had multiple treatments and different types of treatments as well. For the cost of that you just as well have surgery as it will be cheaper with much longer lasting results and less downtime. My eyes look worse than before do I have decided to follow this up with the industry regulators. Tasha was lovely and did explain everything well but none of the staff are clinical professionals with registrations and training in anatomy. My advice is get qualified clinical or medical advice. It is a lot to go through with no outcome. I had to take a week off work and my eyes are still red. I have decided to discuss my concerns with industry regulators as it appears to uneathical and unsafe to provide this treatment for a lot of pain for zero gain and more damage. Be causious and get professionals advice. There was a lady causing an altercation in the waiting room because they sold her a treatment and them refused to do it because she had the wrong skin type. I know i sent some photos and the phone consultation was not great. I paid 80 extra for this procedure to get a better result. This was laughable really. Surgical procedure in Poland east Europe and Turkey are the same price as these treatments. Look into those. You have qualified medical professionals who is regulated and there is clinical governance to their work. As a clinical director myself I would advise that you look at alternative options. I did not was any more treatment but now have to to reverse the damage of this treatment. The beautician was great, I have to be honest. I followed her after care advise because she was knowledgeable. She would make a great nurse and her bedside manor was fantastic, but the treatment was definitely not beneficial. If you are going to have it then be mindful that you will not be able to leave the house. It was not safe to drive home the next day because I couldn't open my eyes. I have taken 7 working days off not to frighten patients. I originally planned 3 working days. I have now made an appointment to get professionals advice and will be conversing with industry regulators next week.

HIFU treatment will make your face have marks lasting for 10 days. I make the payment through the phone and pay for the extra session in the clinic after the first time treatment. I saw a lot of marks on my face after treatment and my therapist said it was normal. It will disappear in a few hours. So I paid for the extra session after the treatment. But the marks was lasting in my face for around 10 days. It's not matched with the website and the therapist said it to me. I requested a refund. They gave me a lot of excuses and encouraged me to change to skincare or other treatments. I choose skincare but it's been 2 months still not shipped out the skincare products to me. rubbish company!!!!!!!
