Two calls for a welder, promised a call back nothing, finally get a text message with prices. Respond and nothing. Bought online. Cheaper too even from a franchised seller. My moto is to use the local businesses. How can you when they dont respond? Internet accredited firm it is then. I really tried and wanted to buy form you. Sorry.

Terrible service, I have only given 1 star because I can't give them 0 stars... I dropped off a my late fathers welder for repair. We took the welder to be checked out by their team, they informed us the welder could be repaired but some parts would need to be ordered, as this had sentimental value to me I was keen to proceed with the repair work needed.. I went ahead but straight away we had many issues with their email servers not sending emails, two email address' later the invoice finally arrived, I swiftly paid the same day. The lack of comms throughout this entire process was AWFUL. No updates, no ETA's, nothing. I called and left unanswered machine messages, left messages with office staff who promised to returned calls which never did, unanswered email asking for updates - 4 months passed since I paid for the parts to be ordered, with not a single retuned call or email... At this point, I just wanted the welder back, fixed or not - it meant a lot to me and I was done with this company ignoring me. I called the office for the final time, no answer... I immediately sent a strongly worded email to them requesting answers, ETA's and information in a somewhat forceful yet polite manner - oddly enough, after 4 months of being ignored, I had a return call within minutes of the email being received to then be informed the parts we still to be ordered and repair work hadn't even began! Within 35 mins from my initial strongly worded email, a date had been arrange for collection of the welder still in its original un-repaired condition. I collected the welder 3 days later, put in my card for a refund, drove away thinking thank goodness that horrible ordeal is over!... I check my banking a few days later - they had taken the money AGAIN, not refunded it!! They couldn't even get the refund right... The nightmare continues again! An email is sent, message with staff again to return a call... Eventually, 5 days later the two lots of money are finally returned to my account! Terrible, terrible service, how this company is still going if they treat their customers the same way they treated me - although looking at the negative reviews online, I'm not the only one to be massively let down by their shoddy customer service.
