Spent all day in with phone next to me waiting for them to call. Ended up ringing them through my insurance company. When I eventually got through to someone, they said they'd been trying to contact me all morning and could not get through! Other people had rung and spoke to me several times while I waited. The department was closed that could rearrange appointments, because its a weekend and they close earlier! Shocking service. When I first confirmed my appointment I had to book an appointment three weeks away. Once I'd spoken to them I asked them to confirm the appointment, they said that they would send me a text. It literally said "afternoon, your appointment is booked for the 9th of June No contact details or numbers. I now have to wait till Monday for them to attempt to ring me again!!!!

Work colleague recently used this company for a chip on her windscreen, the man that was sent to do the job never gave a name however while fixing the screen he proceeded to create two extremely large scratches on her vehicle, since this incident she has repeatedly tried to contact the company for a complaint, however when calling the company no one is answering her calls or are either putting the phone down on her. this is very unprofessional and she is very upset with your service. We will never use this company again and WARN anyone NOT to use this company! As working in a professional industry ourselves we are very upset with this matter and if no further action is taken will be force to take it future with legal advice

Unfortunately I've had alot of problems with condensation since the fitting of my new glass. Good news is that NMG will be re-sealing my windscreen again so fingers crossed it's good after.
