Staff have been helpful and friendly in the audiology department with myself and my son. Parking can be horrendous and it is pay on exit, ensure to leave immediately from paying otherwise you will struggle to leave the car park.

So today at 1.45 I spoke to a lovely Dr Kotecha she booked me in for 2.30, I got there and walked straight In. My prescription was sent electronically to my chemist at East goscote within a 5 minute journey to the chemist my meds were on the counter waiting. Fantastic service all round.

My Experience there was awful for mental health stuff and not helping at all because non understanding point which not great . But i tired get different staff who would understands and help me , get some meds so yep . After since i finally managed to change different doctors , it helps a bit but not a lots .

I underwent a surgical procedure here on Friday last. From the initial consultation to the completion of my attendance the staff were so good, putting me at ease and answering any concerns I may have had.My team were Laveena, Millie and Julie with consultant Mr. Braithwaite in charge in the theatre. Faulltless, superb service. Thank you all.
