BUT THIS IS NOT TYLER!
The take over by Macfarlane destroyed this business.
They are slow, useless and frankly not even 5% of what Tylers once was.
The office is not customer friendly or helpful anymore. Order now have to be placed over the phone to Granthom, where you one walked In, ordered and walked out.
The knowledge of their own services in my experience was dreadful, verbally underpricing by almost a 5th of the price making things sound all the more amazing. The reality was a price I expect and time waisted entertaining a performance of the hat they could do at prices they cant do.
There are many other box companys in Leicester that are equity priced but offer a faster, friendlier service.
