Ordered two items from this company and paid extra for 24 hour delivery, after a few days had passed with no correspondence from them I sent them an email asking for an estimated delivery date as the items I needed were for a particular date and I received no response. I then sent a message on Instagram, where I received a quick response advising that my items had not even been sent out yet due to an error where the dried flowers I had ordered had been sent to them incorrectly. I advised them this was fine, and If I could just be refunded for the topper as I needed to purchase one from elsewhere with the rest of my order sent out for next day, like I had paid for. They asked for my bank details to refund me as they said this would be the quickest way, which I provided. Days had again passed and I had received no refund and no delivery, so I contacted them again. This time I was told that the refund had been issued, and that the parcel had been sent out (3 days later than I was originally told it was going to be posted) so they would refund me for the delivery amount to. I was lied to about the refund for the topper being issued originally as when they also refunded me for the delivery cost it came in at once in the full amount and when I queried this and told them I would prefer honesty, they simply liked my message. I then asked for the tracking details for the remainder of my parcel, and was told this couldn't be provided until first thing the next morning when they were in the office, so I waited, with no message. I then contacted them again asking for my tracking information, which they sent, where I discovered they had also lied about the day the remainder of my order was dispatched. Communication from them was rude and unhelpful and I would avoid using them, really disappointed and upon speaking to other people, they have also told me they have had a very similar experience.

We are staying in a tiny village, no shops nearby. Got here quite late and placed an order via just eat. The Baking Company have gone out of their way to bring us our food, even throwing in extra for the additional delivery time, which wasn't their fault. Brilliant service, I'm only sorry I didn't have any real money to tip the delivery driver. Thank you, our goodies are delicious!

First time stopping in today and I was so happy to find such a cute shop! The product range was really good and the owner (I assume) was fantastic. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Finally had food delivered after waiting almost two hours with no explanation. Store did not answer the phone despite numerous attempts to call. Delivery driver was also rude when questioned on why the food was so late and no one was answering the phone. Food was below average as well. Also, food was ordered at around 22:00, but after having looked, the closing time online is 21:00? Overall, terrible experience.
