Had a 1000 front door fitted supposedly with a 10 year guarantee, door developed a noticeable lump Mike came out said he would replace it never heard from him again tried ringing blocked my phone in the end so I went into the shop on numerous times to no avail Happy enough to take your money but really any guarantee not worth the paper it is written on Do yourself a favour and find another company You can trust

It took a couple of attempts to arrange someone to come and visit our property after a no show on our first appointment. Advised Mike of what we wanted and listened to his advice, feeling quite optimistic when he left. To then being provided a CAD drawing which needed altering (no issue there) and no quotation. After numerous attempts to try and contact Mike in regards to the work and the design weve given up trying. Another local business we wont be using due to wasting our time!

I highly recommend Custom Conservatories. Weve had new windows, door and glass roof replacements on a conservatory and couldnt be happier with the end result. Mike gave great advice about what we wanted and the drawings supplied with the quote really helped us visualise what it would look like. Mike and Ash were a pleasure to work with, punctual, friendly and considerate, leaving the work site clean and tidy every day. Weve regained a lovely new living space, that looks and feels quality . I would definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Very professional, adaptable, listens to customers request and where possible fits these in while doing there own work. Mikess whole team are very friendly and helpful with any advice. Would not hesitate in recommending them. I will be using them again in the future and, Ill try to remember that Mike doesnt like Marge or butter on his bacon butties.
