Hi, I will be honest I did some research on prices and found UFH to be very competitive and quite easy to deal with. I was dealing with Lee Humberstone who was very helpful. Unfortunately, my only criticism with this supplier is the returns process when there is a parts fault. As a customer I think its worth noting that if you save money on the products initially you can get burnt on the returns process in the event you need to return any wrong or faulty items. I had a simple Actuator fault, after spending the good part of 1300 with this 3rd party parts provider I called today to report a problem with one of the parts. I was told that I need to pay for the item before I get the replacement, and the carriage which is more than the cost of the item itself!!! Item was 8.00 and I have been told that in order to exchange I need to pay the carriage for the replacement which is 12.50. In addition I need to post back the faulty item which is another carriage of 12.50. So potential customers whilst the initial pricing and service in my experience was good, I am afraid the after sales service has really put me off. For the sake of 8.00 this company has lost any future business from myself. Nevertheless I hope any future customers do not experience what has happened to me. A disappointing end to a simple faulty part replacement.
