        Rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady named Judy and asked if she wanted 2 pallets of books and she was grateful. But when we took the first load down Judy was not in and the staff that were in soon started complaining about the amount of books. I did say more than 2 times there was a lot of books and Judy said she could recycle them if they did not use them.Taking the books in I could hear then moaning behind my back about the amount.Found the company very ungrateful for the books and the teddies I took down. The staff are a miserable bunch apart from Judy who was lovely. Shame
