  • (Translated by Google) Bad review, the original 160-week studio requires a front desk without a reception desk, a gym without a gym, and a recreation room without a recreation room. Whatever you want, you dont have anything, at the same price, other people have the worst IQ, but this one doesnt. And the network is often unstable (Original) 160studioIQ

stayed here one year studying in Leicester U, retrofitted Victorian building, plenty of charm & character, clean, good location and lots of fun, recommend to anyone planning to spend a year in Leicester!

The position of this building is really good. You are close to almost everything you need: train station, restaurants, city centre and Unis. You can rent room with your friends. If you come alone, it also will be a good opportunity to meet someone new. The management will arrange group activities for you in each festival, rent the room and enjoy it.

The location and the kitchen is probably the only good things about the accom. It's close to town and nearish UoL and the kitchen is spacious and modern. The premium ensuite is alright (it's spacious enough but has an 'open wardrobe' which is two shelves and a hanger pole and some storage) but the standard ensuite is very cramped. The bathroom is alright although it has a small shower head. The staircases are cramped, you can't go on it with two people side by side with comfortable space in between. The 'laundry room' (1 washer + 1 drier) is in the basement which is a lot of cramped stairs to climb up and down not to mention of the washer/drier breaks or has issues you'd have to go to an external laundrette. There's just CCTV and no reception. Overall I think it would a struggle to live comfortably in this accommodation.
