Leicester Offices

Very good offices which are well looked after by Zak Daud. They have recently undergone remodelling to increase the space for small (one and two man) offices. Very comfortable and benefit from going against the traffic flow into Leicester.

The offices are always kept nice and clean. The management are always happy to accommodate and make being here an enjoyable experience. All the tenants here are also great. It feels like youre part of a melting pot of ideas and businesses in one place. Great place, great location, great people Couldnt recommend it enough

Nice modern offices. Well equipped and bright spaces. Lovely entrance area for guests. Plenty of parking, sufficient for all tenants. Heating in all offices. Shared kitchen and communal areas very clean. Nothing was too much effort for the landlord Zak who is fantastic, also very nice person to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for offices in Leicestershire.

The Old School House offices have a highly professional, yet very comfortable atmosphere. All offices are well lit, air conditioned, and surrounded by attractive glass panelling containing convenient privacy blinds. The premises is also a listed building which is very inviting to visiting clients. My practice is located within these offices and has been regularly complemented by patients since it opened in 2016.

My business has been renting an office for over 2 years and couldn't be happier here. The offices are clean, well furnished and a good size. The rental charges are extremely reasonable and give you the option to pay monthly or annually. The offices are air conditioned which makes working comfortable throughout the year. There is parking available at the rear of the offices for no additional cost. The owner (Zac) is always helpful to ensure any issues (if any) are resolved. Highly recommended if you are looking for a small/medium office in the Oadby/Wigston area.
