I dont leave many reviews but I had to!! This is by far the worst experience I have had with any student accommodation. I booked a premium studio in early July, I wanted almost 1 week to sign my tenancy documents and finalise my booking, I tried to contact them however it is very difficult to reach anybody!! However I emailed and got a response saying they did not receive my refund, after waiting 1 week they had told me this and I was not aware my accommodation had not even been reserved, I did in fact pay my deposit, which was already one of the first red flags. During my booking process I was also told all premium studios would be on high floors, however when I came to finally about to sign my tenancy agreement I read I would be on the first floor, which is very much false advertisement, and it was the main things that enticed me into booking in the first place with the promise I would be on a high floor, however when I saw this I wanted to cancel as it was not what I signed up for. It is now currently coming up to the next academic year, and I still have not booked an accommodation, because crm students have kept my deposit money and because of this I have not been able book another accommodation as it is the only deposit money I had!!! I cancelled within the 14 days of booking which means I was entitled to a refund , but now they are not responding back to my emails and you cant even get through to them via phone calls. The vibes I get from this business is very unprofessional very unorganised and I would not recommend any students booking with them, some of the staff I have dealt with were also rude and nonchalant, I have been scammed of my deposit money and they refuse to give it back, they are always making excuses they are having problems with their system the most silliest organisation Ive ever dealt with, I will be taking this issue further until I get my money back from these thieves!!
