        I rang this company to book in for a boiler service. Seemed friendly on the phone, booked me in. Never showed up. I rang him twice, went straight to voicemail. He finally rang me back hours later and said it wasnt in his calendar but he remembered speaking to me. Do yourself a favour and book someone else. I was not asked to text my name and address, in fact Mark asked for my address on the phone. If I was asked to text, I would have. Seems like you may need to address your booking system.
