Thank you so much for all of your time, support and patience with looking at my energy bills. As you know we felt that we were tied-in to a long-term deal that didn't match what we expected. Even though you thought that there wasn't going to be any business for you with us, you still took so much time going through our agreement and our bills to see if there was anything you could do to help us. Clearly there was discrepancy with what we had been told our charges would be and the deal we ended up with. You very generously coached office manager how to deal with this, how to speak to our current energy supplier and even drafted letters to give us the best possible chance of getting out of the bad deal we were in. Ultimately, we were successful and you managed to come in, look at our gas and electric for the two units that we have, and managed to get us much more appropriate deals which has resulted in us saving thousands of pounds over the course of the contract. The whole process was so easy as you held our hand and walked us through it all. You answered all of our questions and checked that what we were doing was correct. Before talking to you, I had no idea that we were allowed to choose a different water supplier. You are now in the process at looking at that for us to see if we can save any money there too and have just informed me that you can save us over 100 by switching another great saving for our company! You are an absolute pleasure to do business with and you made the whole process so easy. For someone like me that is very time poor, having someone like you come in and deal with all of this for me was a godsend. I have already recommended you to customers, family and friends and will continue to recommend you because I totally believe in what you do and that you only have your customers best interests at heart. There is no hard sell, you are just very generous with your time and really do want to get the best deal possible for your customers.
