My wife ordered from here and the service she received was terrible. When it comes to purchasing a product they respond to you straight away but when theres an issue they dont want to know.

Do not order they send out damaged goods and refuse refunds and stop contacting you when you question them on this. Terrible service

I ordered an abaya on the 14/11/22. I was told it was dispatched on the 16th and delivered the 21st. I waited until the 29th to account for Royal Mail delays etc before contacting this establishment. I got told to ask the neighbours and the bins etc as it had been delivered. I have a camera doorbell which clearly shows NO deliveries. Hence I asked for a refund on the 30th. Its now beyond the 30 day period by which legally I should have been issued a refund. Yet today I am still emailing/texting this time chasing my refund. Very poor service and against all trading standards and regulations. I am 50 odd quid poorer, and wasting my time on people who have no morals or standards. Clear rip off, hence avoid at all costs.
