I bought a wedding lehenga from another store and they ruined the blouse. I brought everything to Shoba aunty who gave the blouse to her own staff with instructions on how to fix it. She even added her own detailing to the chundris to make them more bridal looking. Honestly, she saved my wedding outfit. So I bought the rest of my wedding outfits from her store and they got everything done on time. After this I took my friends to her shop to get their outfits from her and they got a brilliant service there too. I need some new clothes now so I'll be paying her new shop a visit.

It's very worst...they cheating with me when I was going overthere so that time two lady talking to me like what you need and all so after they doing so fast like this one best and this one they not give me time to am thinking like which is nice and after I am going so they say not give any refund or change before was not written there...don't go over there

The worst dress shop I have ever been to. I had gone in to buy a lengha, with limited lengha choices available, I didn't have much to choose from. I chose a lengha and then the 'designer' came to do the measurements. I really wish I read the review below this before going into the shop as the same thing had happened to me. The so called 'designer' quickly came, didnt do ALL the measurements and ran off. I was concerned and questioned this, to which she came back and quickly did a few more measurements before running off to other customers. I had a very strong feeling that the measurements were incorrect and it turned out just that way. I would also like to add that there was no introduction on her end, she seemed very disinterested and was very rude in the way she was talking to myself and others around. I had told the man there and the so called 'designer' that I need it BY Friday as the wedding is on the Saturday. I was told over and over again not to worry and it will all be done and ready to collect on Thursday. It wasnt. I got the dress LATE. I tried the dress on, measurements were all incorrect. The lengha top was HUGE on me, the lengha bottoms was falling down on me. I was confused as it was SO big on me. I questioned them about this to which they said they can not do anything. I was shocked as they had taken my money for the dress and additional costs for the 'fittings' (which were WRONG) and were unwilling to do anything or refund the amount. After I contacted the 'designer' who had then blocked me on Whatsapp and there was no response after. I'd like to question the professionalism of these individuals. How can they run this business and treat customers like this? Taking their money and not doing their jobs correctly and then refusing to sort the issue or offer an refund for their misdoings. I'd also like to add the rudeness and dishonesty of the designer is on another level. Its disgusting. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Stay well and truly clear from this business. They will take your money and you will not hear anything from them.

Absolute poor service. I ordered a bridal lengha back in February 2018 and was told this would take 3 months (my wedding being in September). When discussing the details, I kept being interrupted by the staff who were asking the designer questions, she would continue to wander off midway to attend to othet customers - overall the communication skills were poor. This led to continual problems during the lengha making process 1. The wrong colours were sent to me in the swatch - this took over a month to get to me when I was promised 2 weeks. We then had to travel to the shop again to confirm colours and design features 2. The embroidery was wrong in the swatch 3. The final lengha ended up taking 5 months to make when we were promised 3 months. If my wedding had been earlier I would not have had an outfit made in time. 4. The final piece quality was so poor. The finish was unprofessional, the colours were completely wrong and the design features we had discussed had not been incorporated into the design. Worst of all, the designer sent me pictures to show me the final piece as if to say it was to a good quality standard Understandably, with all these problems and delays there was a breakdown of trust with the designer and the overall service of the shop. We decided to go back and get our money back because the final piece was not what we had discussed. Even then... the shop still kept 50 pounds of deposit. So we left the shop having had given them 50 pounds and what did we get for that 50 pounds? Poor service, poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, time wastage, alot of stress and 8 weeks left until my wedding day and no lengha. Ontop of that we are now having to look for another chura to match with my new outfit I have ordered from a different shop, ie we have incurred more costs. Very unprofessional. I will not be attending this shop again and I urge any future brides to be wary. If you want good quality service steer clear of this place
