        DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars I would. Order place 13th april, chased and was advised would be at warehouse 21st April then next day delivery. Have emailed numerous times since and have been completely ignored. Nobody answers the phone either.

        Diabolical customer service received , damaged shower tray delivered a week ago, confirmation of replacement goods being delivered 2 days later but still no goods received. Avoid ordering from this company.

        Avoid! Sent me the incorrect Oli toilet flush plate, agreed to replace, then told me it was made by the JTP. Then refused to refund as it was outside 14 days, which it was not. Consumer Rights Act quoted. Reported to Trading Standards.

        Did not deliver my items in full. Promised to send missing item in January, it is now April. Complaining to ombudsman.

        Awful customer service. The part I ordered was faulty. However this wasnt noticed until over the 48 hour after delivery window (I hadnt even fitted it by then!) Theyre refusing to accept a return or any exchange despite it clearly saying on their website that all items have a 12 warranty. Ive tried chasing this with customer service via email - no reply. Awful company
