This shop is closing down and moving to their industrial unit on Highmeres road, Thurmaston. A massive selection of wool/yarn from around the world and some amazing crafting supplies. Always polite and helpful staff and owners.

Is it possible to give them 0 stars? "Show them the door": Won't be going back ever again. I've put up with their bluntness before but this time they were out right rude to my parents. They always get in the way asking if they can help when they don't know anything about crafting, told me once that a completely different blue was "close enough" for a project I'd run out with and said "should have come to us first then". Goes back today, giving benefit of the doubt, and at 3pm they are closing, start to rush us out, my dad didn't think this was very good service, and as we were all leaving the guy snarkily says to his mate that "they got offended, just show them the door"! I'll be telling all my crafting friends to avoid these people from now on.
