I'm only dropping the 5* for the staff if it wasn't for the lovely staff that have looked after me for the past year + I'd rate much lower.

I've requested Google edit the address to Crest Rise where it is instead of Lewisher Rd which is where it sends people searching for it, I was driving around for a while up and down Lewisher Rd and only found it in the end by accident. So fingers crossed they'll change it soon. Its a shame the owners can't make this building more welcoming and warmer, at least the staff are nice

I wish places like this were in a nicer location and didn't look like a warehouse. People have to attend regularly because of renal failure and yet they don't get the luxury of Windows with a nice view it's so cold and such an ugly building. On the plus side the staff I've had contact with taking my son here have been lovely, really nice and the drivers that take patients to and from the unit are lovely
