        Tried charging me extra for packaging which should have been included with the drop off service. Was not happy when I challenged and refused to pay. Will go elsewhere in future.

        Easy to drop off a returns package. Got a confirmation text not long after.

        Its a little hard to find but it does have a notice on the shop saying that it is a UPS Access Point. Its just a general shop that sells household items. The man dealing with my package was friendly, but perhaps make sure you have your phone handy with internet at the time so that you can check there and then that your parcel has been logged properly.
