Racist staff, rude, arrogant behaviour - went into the store when the two WHITE guys in the shop were happily serving a WHITE man but as soon as we approached the counter they looked at us and looked down and ignored us as if we didn't exist, they refused to serve us or even acknowledge us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, they clearly lack any basic human decency. We won't be returning to this store and urge everyone to shop elsewhere this shouldn't happen in this day and age. DISGUSTED

I am astonished by the racist remark made by Jayna about the two staff at City Plumbing. I am Indian myself and they served me fine this week, they are not racist and did not treat me differently. Please do not believe this. When I turned up they were on the phone or had pre booked appointments already and they came and helped me once they were free and guided me through through the specifications of the products and the brochure and I had a brilliant customer experience. To the author of the racist post please do not call them by the colour of their skin this is hypocrisy and racist, they dont deserve this. I believe they didnt help you because they were already engaged with other customers and probably didnt know you needed help as most customers just browse. I am saddened by your review of them, its unfair.
