Have to say a big thankyou to Feroz who took me through the process of buying an extremely nice Lexus IS300h. It's worth noting that Feroz takes great care of the cars he sells and this was clear when we went out for the test drive. Can recommend this helpful and very knowledgeable car dealer. Ray

Worst experience and customer service we have recieved. I was interested in a Vauxhall Zafira that they was selling. As we viewed this car, we noticed a few things wrong with the car like the paint work and upon inspection of the engine there was a rag tucked away inside. That wasn't the issue. We was okay with the paint work as that was was with age etc. We asked whether we could test drive the car and the guy was just full of attitude saying if we found faults with the car then we would find a fault with the driving. He then went on to say we needed to be sure that we wanted the car before we test drive it. HOW CAN YOU PURCHASE A CAR WITHOUT TEST DRIVING IT?! He was saying that it is their policy/rule and that's the only way they sell. The attitude of the guy was horrid and in the end we left causing it to be a waste of time. We thought if he can be full of attitude selling a car imagine if we bought it and had an issue that needed fixing... avoid. Sorry but you are losing potential customers.
