We fell in love with Lake Windermere this summer and were keen to buy the K2 Explorer kayak between trips. We enquired direct with Outdoor Splash and Stephen guaranteed delivery before we went away again. Communication was excellent, packaging was fantastic and we felt incredibly secure in making quite a big purchase (we bought two). The sun came out this weekend on the lake and we felt incredibly lucky to explore a new hobby in a beautiful part of the country just 2 hours from home. Thank you Outdoor Splash and Stephen for making the end of our summer so special.

Good morning, I wish to thank Outdoorsplash for outstanding customer service. I received a parcel which they sent it was badly damaged in transit. I emailed the customer service desk they responded very quickly and positively. They took onboard the issue and their emails where very reassuring they would act quickly. There was a few emails exchanged between us and they were always very polite and informative. My issue was resolved very quickly considering they had to search for a replacement part, not easy in these times. My replacement part arrived well before their stated date. I have not received such a service in a long time, very refreshing to know there are people out that still care about the customer. Really big WELL DONE to all staff involved. many thanks Rob.
