        Good shopping experience overall, it has an irritating layout but at least the assistants are helpful. During my last visit we had a really friendly assistant, he was exceedingly helpful in finding what I wanted. Spencer was his name.

        Dreadful. Never have the shoe you want in your size, or three others you pick. "We can order it online for you....oh hang on there's none in the warehouse but we have it stock in the Corby shop...." Pathetic.

        Yesterday i went shop with my friend! Me and my friend check the cloths and we check cloths suddenly lady employee i dont know her name! She behave aggressive and she said why are you smashed cloths! She behave like unprofessional and i complain manager he dont take any action against her ! after lady emplyee laughed! She dont have any sense how to treat customer! Its really shamfull! So i request tO JD OWNER PLEASE hire to educated and professional sales staff and please do the proper training to how to deal with customer specially lady staff! Hope you take any action! I give only one star now! I recommend to any other customer plese if you live in Leicester and you want buy the cloths in Jd go to the foss park JD THEY staff very well and preofessional Thank you
