Very informative website. Vary easy to buy from at what I thought was a reasonable amount the two item I bought were posted to me very fast and would deal with this company again.

It's not often a poor review is warranted, but the customer service from Surya has been massively disappointing. We ordered 2 radiators, and one of them was faulty - took countless emails back and forth to get this picked up - including Surya telling us we needed to pay for collection of faulty goods! Finally had the radiator picked up and heard nothing from them - no refund, no replacement sent. Had to chase every single time and explain the situation every single time.The company is disorganised and had no intent on doing the best they could for us. The issue has been ongoing for 3 months! The one radiator that we do have does work well - we are not blown away by it in terms of energy cost saving, but the warmth it gives is good (hence the second star). Look elsewhere for a company that is organised, can respond to customers and doesn't try to evade their responsibility in providing working products and adequate customer service.

My infrared table top heater is exactly what Id hopedworks brilliantly, heats a good-sized area very well, and yet is lightweight and unobtrusive. A question I had before purchase was also quickly and efficiently answered via email by the customer service team. Perfect with delivery too.
