        Poor service, took ticket for 823 pounds when I checked middle name not there .So contacted them immediately after that instead of doing it straight away they left it .So we lost another 1800 pounds on top of 823 pounds plus had to go through emotional break down as my children were crying when they knew they could not fly . Now if I have not asked them to change it was my fault but I have done my part .Instead of being supportive they do not answer our call when we contact them . This not once when my friend took a ticket from them they had to go through similar experiences but problem was with their baggage. No apology or any response.
