Tommy at The Little Piano Store is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and full of good advice. He does not push for a sale, and makes sure he knows his customers and what they are looking for before making a recommendation. I spent many months chatting with Tommy trying to find the right piano for us, and even though we didn't end up buying from him in the end ( we ended up buying through a personal connection) my experience with him has been tremendously positive and insightful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop and Tommy to everyone. Happy playing!

I was looking for a small acoustic upright piano for my flat and I went to the right place - very helpful, answered my questions and now I have a very nice piano at a price I could afford. The piano delivery service was efficient as well.

Best little piano shop ever! I've always had a piano in my life, but for the past 15 years, it was a digital piano, which as most know, there is no comparison. I decided it was time to get back to what I love the most, a beautiful upright. Tommy was so accommodating - he made arrangements to open up his shop for us for a Sunday viewing and was so incredibly patient as my son and I hammered the keys on pretty much every piano! As much as we wanted to take a baby grand home, we settled on the fantastic tones of the Kemble Oxford. I planned on keeping it on 'hold' for a bit but decided that we just couldn't live without this beautiful piece of furniture in the house any longer. I cheekily asked if there was any way it could be delivered on the Thursday (we'd only picked it out on the Sunday, paid for it on the Monday) - Tommy went out of his way to arrange a courier to deliver to us the Thursday night. Wow! Just above and beyond! You don't come across that personable level of service so much these days. You can see how much pride he takes in his business, just by how he looks after his customers. And a hat's off to the delivery drivers - total professionals and had the piano in it's position in no time at all, super friendly and fantastic guys. I got quite emotional over the whole thing, as having a proper piano back in my life again means the world to me. And the entire experience was all down to Tommy, and his Little Piano Store. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart!

Ive been wanting a piano for so long and Tommy was so helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me pick the one! Im so grateful! I honestly cannot recommend Tommy enough! Thank you!

Cannot rate Tommy at the Little Piano Store highly enough! Visited his store last weekend and had our piano delivered today. Tommy's knowledge and talent was impressive and he was not at all pushy. He was happy to have the kids in the store and answered all our questions and my hundred emails promptly! If you're looking for a piano don't hesitate to contact him!
