AFI Properties

I lived in an AFI Let Property for just over seven months and it was one of the most simple, supportive and satisfactory letting experiences I have ever had. Moving in was calm and coordinated, living there was highly affordable for the location and any queries were actioned quickly and effectively. Moving out required very little action on my part and my deposit was paid back only two days after I left. Communal areas were cleaned weekly and special attention was made over the heavier stages of the pandemic, ensuring frequently populated communal areas were sanitised regularly to prioritise the safety of the tenants. As far as I am aware AFI Properties only deals with houseshare lettings, so if this is an arrangement that suits you then I can not recommend them enough! They would have received five stars if it was not for my room being unclean on arrival!

They don't respond to email enquiries, and they don't answer the phone for the phone number provided. You leave a message and they don't respond back! Not very professional whatsoever. I understand the email was early on Friday, but I should have still had something back from them. It's Monday morning now and I tried to call again at a reasonable time past 09:20am and no answer. I doubt they will call back, or bother to respond as is the case with a fair few of the agents in Leicester, seems to be a norm this time of year.
