Use them for business waste (2 bins emptied weekly) - have to ring at least once a month to complain about non-collection. Rang again today & one member of staff very patronising - always told it's down to a shortage of drivers - this has been going on for 18 months plus so can't be blamed on present situation. Also tried to make me feel as if they were doing me a favour picking up our waste - I pay in excess of 200 per month for that favour!! Next member of staff then lied - blaming it first of all on queues around petrol stations slowing collections down - they should have collected Thursday before the queues - then said they endeavour to pick up the next day - they didn't pick up Friday or Monday & were not scheduled to pick up today!!! Need to time to find an alternative supplier. Service: Junk removal
