        Would absolutely not recommend. I have witnessed one of the managers (I believe her name is Donna) bullying one of her young staff members and it majorly put me off going forth using this service. She spoke to me like she thought she was better than me and on several occasions I heard her screaming at someone in her office. Would give 0 stars if I could, she should NOT be allowed to work in social care with her attitude and needs training on how to speak to people with common decency.

I have been given opportunities to train, develop and progress throughout my continued career at this organisation while being part of great staffing teams at a number of the services, guiding and supporting each other daily.
